Quebec’s North Shore boasts over 800 km of seafront. This immense expanse of water is home to a wide variety of species: bottomfish (halibut, turbot, cod, etc.), pelagic fish (herring, mackerel, etc.), crustaceans (crab, shrimp, lobster, etc.), and mollusks (mussels, clams, etc.).
Our fishing fleet is divided into various zones and our fishers must adhere to quotas to ensure the sustainability of our marine resources. Our seasoned workers and boats must also comply with strict government regulations on quality and hygiene.
Over the years, our fishers and food processors have worked together to develop a range of products tailored to consumers’ needs.
