The flavor of North Shore scallops is utterly delectable! The muscle, which is the most prized part of the scallop for eating, is made up of tender ivory strips that are sweet and delicate. The coral of the scallop, which can vary from orangish pink to creamy white in color, is also very delicious and popular with seafood lovers. Plus, our scallops are completely natural and contain no added water.
