Founded in 1994, Les Crabiers du Nord company is the result of an association between fishermen of Pêcheries Manicouagan (an active enterprise in seafood processing) and a regroupment of six crab fishing enterprises. Les Crabiers du Nord owns four processing plants, each with the latest technology and 200 experienced employees. This enterprise is certified by the HACCP.
