Mills Seafood Ltd., the mother house of Coquillages Nordiques Inc., was incorporated in 1969. It is a third generation company and is well-known for supplying top-quality seafood. Mills Sea Food takes pride in procuring only quality seafood and ensures that, thanks to high-tech plants, raw materials are treated with best care possible in order to produce excellent products.

Mills Sea Food Ltd. now has over 110 employees in its plant situated in Bouctouche, New Brunswick and is presently the largest softshell clam processor in North America. The company processes and distributes clams, scallops, eels, and oysters that are sold fresh and/or frozen.

Coquillages Nordiques Inc.

In 1987, Mills Seafood Ltd. incorporated Coquillages Nordiques Inc., a company situated in Québec. This company has 75 employees and is equally rigorously managed to attain the high quality which Mills Seafood Ltd. is known for.

Supporting the processing unit, Mills Seafood Ltd. has two mollusk depuration plants to ensure the hygiene and healthiness of this product.
